- If an Oklahoma owner died WITHOUT a will, we need an affidavit of heirship with a death certificate recorded in the county/s in which they own an interest. Then send Camino a copy of the filed document/s
- If an Oklahoma owner died WITH a will, they need to probate the will in the state of Oklahoma and record the Final decree and the probate in the county in which their ownership resides. Then send Camino a copy of the filed document/s.
- If the owner died and lives outside of Oklahoma and HAS a will, we need a certified final decree to be filed of record in the county/s in which they own their interest. Then send Camino a copy of the filed document.
- If the owner died and lives outside of Oklahoma and DOES NOT have a will, we need an affidavit of heirship with a death certificate filed of record in the county/s in which they own their interest. Then send Camino a copy of the filed document.
