If you are an ACH owner, your revenue will be processed on the 25th of the month. If the 25th is a holiday or a weekend, your ACH will be issued the next business day. If you get paper checks, they are mailed between the 25th and 30th of the month. Please allow 15 days to receive your check before calling to inquire if checks were sent.

1009’s are issued on or before January 31 of the following taxable year. When January 31 falls on a weekend, they may be issued the following Monday.

All address changes must be submitted in writing with a signature. Per Company policy, and for your protection address changes cannot be made over the telephone. You may download the “Change of Address” form here and mail it to our address:

Notify Camino Owner Relations as soon as possible so we can make the necessary updates to our system. Even if your conveyance documents are at the courthouse waiting to be recorded, please contact us immediately so we can suspend revenue based on the new documents.

  1. If an Oklahoma owner died WITHOUT a will, we need an affidavit of heirship with a death certificate recorded in the county/s in which they own an interest. Then send Camino a copy of the filed document/s
  2. If an Oklahoma owner died WITH a will, they need to probate the will in the state of Oklahoma and record the Final decree and the probate in the county in which their ownership resides. Then send Camino a copy of the filed document/s.
  3. If the owner died and lives outside of Oklahoma and HAS a will, we need a certified final decree to be filed of record in the county/s in which they own their interest. Then send Camino a copy of the filed document.
  4. If the owner died and lives outside of Oklahoma and DOES NOT have a will, we need an affidavit of heirship with a death certificate filed of record in the county/s in which they own their interest. Then send Camino a copy of the filed document.
